Melvin Junior Wilde was busted pilfering clothes from a donation bin when Georgia police tracked his location with a teddy bear embedded with GPS tracker on Tuesday.
The Mid-Atlantic Clothing Recycling company manager was tired of clothes being stolen from their donation bin at the Georgia Square Mall. The manager a GPS tracker inside a teddy bear and placed the tracking bear inside a bag of clothes.
About 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, the manager called police to report that the bear was on the move. The manager directed the Athen-Clarke County police to the Clarke Crossing shopping center.

When asked about the bag in his back seat, Wilde said he had brought it from home. The officer then reached into that bag, pulled out the teddy bear and showed him Wilde the tracking device.
